PHONE CHARMS
Urban Code UK Necklaces
Below is a range of jewellery made using the Urban Code UK design. Each charm is made from quality pewter and hang on a waxed cord thong, which look better and last longer than the leather thongs.
In this range there are a total of 10 buzz words - wicked, safe, friend, England, love, sound and respect along with the 3 above. They can either hang from a waxed cord thong or a light titanium chain.
These are all available to purchase direct from me by emailing me.
Examples of my work
Pyrography - Dolphins - This is personalised with a name using Urban Code UK, the image and name have been burnt into the wood.
This plaque was made for a specific order. The client asked for a cobbler to be pyrographed on to a wooden plaque to give as a gift.
A Key box again etched using pyrography. This was a commission to be given as a wedding gift.
TAGUA NUT
WHAT IS A TAGUA NUT ( pronounced tah-ghaw ). This Nut also called palm ivory or vegetable ivory is actually the dried nut of the Ivory Palm and is found growing in the Amazon Rain Forest. The Tagua Harvest doesn`t destroy the forest. Its sustainable harvest actually helps prevent forest destruction and promotes employment. These can be purchased by sending me an email with your request and a picture of your choice or design. Please be aware the Tagua nuts are only small so detailed large designs/pictures are no good.
WHAT IS THE CODE FOR
I made this code up due to like many fathers in todays world i was refused access to my children and after a long and bitter divorce I decided that the only way to keep in touch with my children was to write to them. My children loved the code and found it was fun and easy to learn. It made them feel special because only they knew how to decipher it.
After a while and once my children had grown up and learnt to use mobile phones, I decided to use the code to produce a range of jewellery and clothing (after firstly protecting my idea at the Patent Office). Now the code is being used on phone charms, pyrography and drawings, along with the original jewellery and clothing and many other ideas have been suggested to me for its use and are in the pipeline. The code is very popular with teenagers and I have found that women especially like it when used on jewellery as they can choose what they want to say with their special gift!
